An order becomes binding after written acceptance and any agreed advance payment. Changes require written confirmation.
Availability is confirmed at order time. Equivalent substitutions are proposed only after technical and commercial approval.
Prices, VAT, payment stages and any retention of title are stated in the quotation or invoice.
Lead times are estimates unless expressly agreed as binding and may depend on manufacturers, carriers and site readiness.
Visible transport damage or quantity differences should be reported promptly. Returns require prior written agreement.
The customer provides safe access, accurate existing-system information, utilities and any approvals required for the work.
Commissioning, functional tests, training and handover files follow the scope described in the accepted quotation.
Warranty covers proven defects under normal use and excludes misuse, unauthorised changes, external damage and consumable parts.
Remote support, visits, software changes, backups and technical documentation are provided according to the agreed service level.
Liability is limited by the agreed scope and applicable law. Business-continuity measures remain the customer’s responsibility unless contracted.
