What we undertake

• Fault diagnosis and assessment of existing PLCs, sensors, HMIs and variable frequency drives.
• PLC/HMI programming and machine control upgrades, using Siemens, Mitsubishi and LS Electric equipment where suitable.
• Process control, measurement logging and integration of compatible systems.

What you receive

• Functional description and I/O list within the agreed scope.
• Backups of developed or modified programs and parameters where access is available.
• Records of tests, changes and operating or maintenance instructions.

What we need for a quotation

Machine type, PLC/HMI/VFD models, fault description, available drawings and permitted downtime.

Program access, existing protective devices and test requirements are reviewed before intervention. Safety functions require a separate assessment. Scope, deliverables and timescales are defined in the written quotation, based on the requirements and conditions of each project.
