Alarm Receiving Centre: The Link Between Signal and Immediate Response

Why local sirens are not enough and how 24/7 monitoring improves operational security.

← Back to Knowledge Center

Overview

A local siren cannot guarantee response. Connection to an approved Alarm Receiving Centre enables 24/7/365 monitoring and escalation to responsible persons or authorities.

Panels transmit structured event data using protocols such as Contact ID and SIA, identifying the event type, zone and system status.

Dual-path monitoring through TCP/IP and cellular networks improves reliability. If the wired path fails, the system immediately switches to backup communication and reports the failure.
